On Mardi Gras 2018 the Madisons decided to take V skiing for the very first time! I was lucky enough to tag along and be a part of this fun experience. When we brought our lift tickets, we were all given Mardi gras beads, so fun!
V was so adorable all bundled up in her snow gear. She was so excited to get up on the slopes!
Reece used to be on the ski patrol at park city, so he is an excellent skier and a wonderful teacher. He has taught several of our nephews how to ski. We went over a couple of the basic ski potions at the base of the Bunny hill before heading to the lift.
Then it was time to try out the lift! V was a little nervous, but she did a great job at getting on the bench!
I caught the chair behind them and had the best view of tiny little V riding to the top of the hill.
V's first ever run went so well! And she loved it, she couldn't wait to go again! She kept saying "lets goooooo"
We went down the bunny hill several times, and each time V had an absolute blast! She loved skiing and was already asking when she could come back as we headed to the lodge to grab some lunch before heading home.
hot chocolate in a snow-veralls, the best skiing tradition! I'm so glad I got to be a part of V's first ever ski experience! What a fun day
