Mickey's Christmas Party: Fireworks and Cookies

After the castle show, we kept our good viewing spots for the special holiday firework show they do only during the Christmas party.

Holiday Wishes is one of the biggest, most expensive, and definitely the loudest, Christmas productions at Walt Disney World. It takes the best fireworks show anywhere and turns it into a magical Holiday experience.

After watching the parade and all the castle shows, we only had about an hour and a half to run around the park to fit in as many rides and hit up as many free cookie stations as we could.

V was enchanted with the snow on Main Street!

There were cookie and drink stations throughout the park with complimentary treats for all party guests, each station was marked by one of these blow up candy canes. Each treat station served different kinds of cookies and goodies, some even had fun drinks.

At the frontier land station, they had pretzel snowmen and blue raspberry slushies.

We passed the meeting area for Jack Skellington/ Sandy Clause.

We also ran into the silly Country Bears on our way to Thunder Mountain.

He was working it for the camera....

There was no line for most of the rides, so we got to ride Thunder Mountain Back to back three times in a row!

In Liberty Land, we got gingersnaps and eggnog.

There were several stations in Fantasyland that were giving out these cute sugar cookies. Since we were some of the last guests in the part of the park, cast members were trying to get us to take as many cookies as we could since they had quite a few left overs. The kids were in heaven with so many cookies available!

Whew! What a whirlwind of fun and festivities! We were able to fit in so much during the party, it was so much fun!
