In April the Madisons, Nick and I got to see Muse perform at the E center! They seriously are such amazing musicians I was blown away to see them perform live. We had to fight a wicked snow storm to get into the E center but it was all worth it, we had an amazing view from our general admission tickets that got us on to the floor. They were promoting their newest CD, The Resistance which is soooo good my favorite song from that CD is United States of Eurasia. They of course also played all of their classics from their other CD Black Holes and Revelations, my favorites from that CD are Starlight and Supermassive Black Hole so it was amazing to hear those songs live! I just love the feeling you get at a concert when the band plays your favorite songs, it is so great! I loved this concert and can't wait to see them again!
At the end they had these huge eye ball beach balls full of red confetti drop from the ceiling, it was definitely unique.
Matt Bellamy, the lead singer of Muse, is a genius at the piano. He played an amazing cover of Feeling Good using a megaphone for some sweet voice affects, soooo good!!!!
