After our relaxing afternoon, we returned to the park feeling refreshed and ready for a night of fun. I'm so glad we got to experience all four parks during the day and night, everything looks so magical all lit up.
We weren't able to fit in the Great Movie Ride in the morning, so we made sure it was the first thing we did when we went back. I didn't really know what to expect from this ride, but Laura said it's a must for this park so I was excited to check it out.
Just getting to see the inside of the Grauman's Chinese Theater would have made it worth it for me, look how gorgeous it is! I have fond memories of seeing one of the Harry Potter films for the first time in the real Grauman's Theater in Hollywood.
I may be biased since I have only ridden this ride once, but I'm pretty sure our guide is the best guide ever, he was beyond entertaining.
We drifted passed famous scenes from some of Hollywoods most beloved films, they were all super adorable. I did not expect what else happens in this ride, in case any of you haven't ridden it before I will keep it a surprise, it's more fun when you don't know what's coming.
The Wizard of Oz scenes were my favorite
Then it was time to go stake out a good spot for the Star Wars fireworks, we were able to secure a couple of awesome seats. This firework show is spectacular, not only do you get amazing fireworks, there is also a projection show happening on 5 different buildings! It you are towards the front, you feel completely immersed in scenes as they are projected all around you. It was hard to accurately document the epicness of this show.
The Chinese theater looked so splendid inside! And that Star Wars show was over the top. It must be incredible in person!
