Bread Day 2018

Bread Day! One of my favorite Christmas traditions! I love seeing all my nephews and nieces enjoying something I loved so much at their age. I always love seeing what characters or shapes they choose to shape their bread into.

Thomas was told by his eye doctor that he needed to start patching 2 hours everyday to strengthen his right eye. Karin said he was a little self conscious about wearing it in front of all the cousins, so she brought enough patches for all of us to wear so he wouldn't feel so self conscious about it. Thus, all the pirate patches.

V had requested to make her bread into a unicorn horn. Bethy took it to the next level by dying the dough into different colors so it would be a rainbow unicorn horn. It turned out pretty magical.

After all the dough had been shaped and baked, Bethy had a fun gender revel for all of us! She served everyone one of these glasses full of ice and a cup of Sprite. Then, all at the same time, we poured our Sprite into our magic glasses and our drink turned either pink for a girl or blue for a boy ....

She's having a BOY!!!!!!!

She took off her white coat to reveal a BLUE dress to celebrate that she is having a BOY! We are all so thrilled and excited for her!

After all the Bread Day festivities, the Madisons and I checked out a drive through light display.

Reece drove us through and the rest of us took turns popping through the sun roof or sitting in our open windows to get the best view of the millions of lights. We had so much fun!!!
