A Good use of Sidewalk

One day while me and the Madisons were watching TV in California we saw a commercial for i Madonnari, a fundraiser for children art programs at the Santa Barbara mission. We thought it looked cool enough to go check out. Oh my goodness! I am so glad we were watching TV that day because it was BELLISSIMA! Different artists had bought spaces of sidewalk and created absolute masterpieces with chalk! It was honestly one of the coolest things to see, and it was in a gorgeous setting. I love creativity, color and architecture and this event encompassed all three! These are a few of my favorites, WARNING : I had a lot of favorites.

After being blown away by the amazing sidewalk art we got a gelato and headed down to the boardwalk by the beach for the arts and crafts sidewalk sale. I always find it very interesting some of the crafts that people come up with to sell at these things. It was entertaining walking down by the beach feeling the cool breeze and browsing around the different craft stalls. It was a very fun afternoon. Props to creative artists of all kinds.

How about me and you team up and try this chalk thing someday (and this intense too no pastel junk)? we could get a good tan while doing it......well you could at least.
